Monica Haldar has been teaching Indian cookery for over 10 years after founding The Spice Club – her labour of love to showcase authentic Indian cookery in her own cookery schools and pop-up restaurants in Manchester and Birmingham. Her events grew through word-of-mouth, from humble beginnings to national acclaim, an Amazon Prime TV series and a 6-month wait-list for attendance to her cookery classes.
