Yes! All LIVE classes are uploaded to the SHIKSHAK site so you can take them whenever you want! You can also favourite classes after you take them so they are saved to your profile for easy access.
CAN I CHANGE THE QUALITY AND SPEED OF THE VIDEO?
Absolutely! The video will load in the quality based on your internet connection. We always suggest watching at 1080p for the best quality. To do this, click on the cog on the video player and you can adjust both the quality and speed of the video.
